This little gem is on the cusp of little Havana. We were looking for something sweet & spotted this amazing little Central American bakery. The place has a steady traffic flow & is overwhelming for a foreigner, but in the best of ways. I've never seen these sweets before. I was in heaven. We had pineapple honey cake, some long donuts, & these strawberry sweet rolls. Everyone loved everything. It was SO GOOD.

Does anyone knows what happened to this place. I visited like a few days ago and it was closed with a sign that said unsafe building, but all other business in the shopping are open. Someone there in the parking lot said that there was an accident. I miss their sweet breads, cakes, "tortas" etc. I hope they open soon. and i hope everyone is alright

I miss living in Mexico but this bakery takes me back to the days I would sip on hot chocolate and eat "conchas" their bread is bakes fresh literally every two hours. They always have a huge line because it's just that good. Located in a small plaza in the heart of little Havana BTwin bakery is such a treasured little gem for me. Their sweet bread as well as their loafs of bread are so yummy and fresh. I'm happy to know they are thriving despite the circumstances.

If you dont mind caos but you care about great tasting bread, come here. Peak hours (between 5-7pm) is always packed. People are always trying to make a "smart move" by either getting a parking fast or skipping the line, which means sometimes you might be the one losing. Besides that, I let go of that bad energy after I get my warm semitas. For context, semitas are like conchas, just smaller and a little crunchy. They usually come out from the over around 4:30pm, but be ready for the mess if you plan on going around that time.
